Aspire & Snowstorm
Aspire
Through Aspire, Snowstorm powers the travel experience behind premium banking and credit card programs worldwide. Cardholders search, book, and redeem across flights, hotels, cars, and activities inside their bank's rewards journey, while issuers gain a proven platform to drive card engagement, spend, and loyalty.

X-Ray: every failed booking, explained
A travel booking crosses many systems: the booking engine, the GDS or aggregator, the airline or hotel, and payment. When one fails, the evidence is spread across all of them. X-Ray brings it together for each itinerary and states a single cause, so teams know what broke, where, and who owns the fix.
Failure grouping
Failed bookings grouped by real cause in plain language, such as “no availability” or “payment declined”, not raw error codes.
Supplier evidence
The supplier’s actual response, retrieved and shown alongside the booking.
Deterministic diagnosis
A rules engine classifies every failure consistently, with no dependency on AI availability.
Segment reporting
Flight segments by airline, route and status, ready to reconcile against supplier statements.
Finance and partner views
Revenue, margin, commissions, refunds, and performance by distributor.
Ask X-Ray
Natural-language questions answered within each user’s existing permissions.

New capabilities are being added as Aspire's programme grows.
Platform migration
Moving every Aspire programme to the modern platform
Aspire's legacy programmes run on an older codebase, separate from the platform that now powers every other Snowstorm product. We have begun to build on the modern Snowstorm platform, and then migrate all legacy Aspire clients to it, with UBS the first to launch.

Legacy Aspire clients migrating
Why this is essential
One platform, every feature
Every product Snowstorm builds lands on one codebase. Once migrated, Aspire programmes gain EIP, pay with points and richer experiences as soon as they ship, rather than waiting for a separate legacy build.
Security by design
A modern, actively maintained stack with current frameworks and dependencies, reducing exposure and aligning with the security expectations of global financial institutions.
Faster, mobile-first experience
Quicker page loads and a responsive interface built for the phone, where cardholders increasingly search and book.
Faster issuer launches
New issuers and markets are configured on proven components, not rebuilt, shortening time to launch.
Accessibility and consistency
A shared design system that makes it easier to meet accessibility standards and keep every issuer's experience consistent.
Sustainable to run
One modern codebase is easier to maintain, test and staff than two, so engineering effort goes into new features rather than keeping legacy code alive.
The legacy platform can be maintained. It cannot grow. Migration is what allows Aspire's programmes to keep pace with the rest of the network.
What migration unlocks
EIP for every Aspire booking
The booking ends. The cardholder relationship doesn't.
Once a programme is on the modern platform, every booking can carry an EIP itinerary: a living page the cardholder returns to throughout their trip, fully branded for their bank. It turns a one-time redemption into an ongoing relationship with the card, and it becomes available to each Aspire client as soon as their migration completes.
Fully branded per issuer
Each bank's domain, design and voice. The cardholder sees their bank, not a travel supplier.
Card benefits, front and centre
Travel credits, earn accelerators and points boosts shown where they apply, reinforcing the value of the card.
Points on every add-on
Cars, activities, transfers and trip protection added in place, each earning or redeeming in the programme's currency.
Five journey stages
Confirmation, pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay and cancelled, each with its own content and offers.
Ten languages, every currency
Ready for Aspire's global issuer footprint from day one.
Service in the bank's name
Changes, cancellations and support handled end to end, under each issuer's brand.

View liveNew content for Aspire
More to redeem, more reasons to book
Two new content categories are coming to Aspire programmes, giving cardholders high-value ways to use their points beyond flights and hotels.
Cruise, built into the programme
The highest-value trips cardholders take.
A dedicated cruise experience inside each issuer's programme, where cardholders search sailings, compare cabins and book with their points or card.
- Major cruise lines and itineraries worldwide
- Cabin selection and pricing in one flow
- Earn and redeem in the programme's currency
- Onboard credits and card benefits applied at booking
Homes & Havens
Vacation rentals with hotel-brand confidence.
Handpicked villas and vacation homes, built by Snowstorm and launched with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as anchor partner. Available to Aspire cardholders in the same booking flow as hotels, under each issuer's brand.
- Villas and homes alongside hotels, in one search
- Proven with Wyndham as anchor partner
- Earn and redeem in the programme's currency
- Serviced end to end, in the issuer's name
Both categories are delivered on the modern Snowstorm platform and carry EIP itineraries from booking to return.
The partnership proposal
We scale when Aspire scales
Everything on this page, from stability and X-Ray to migration, EIP and new content, needs a dedicated team behind it. We are proposing a partnership model that funds that team in full, and links Snowstorm's growth directly to Aspire's.
Aspire's growth is our growth. The model is built so neither side wins unless both do.
One fee, one dedicated team
A monthly platform fee funds the full team and infrastructure that keep every Aspire programme running, secure and moving forward.
Platform operations
Running and maintaining every live Aspire programme.
Modern platform migration
Moving every legacy programme to the modern platform.
24/7 technical operations
Round-the-clock monitoring and resolution across all dashboards.
What the team does
Watches every signal
Continuous monitoring of bookings, supplier connections, payments and conversion across all Aspire programmes, using X-Ray and the platform's live dashboards.
Acts, not just alerts
Engineers with the access to diagnose and resolve issues directly, rather than raising tickets and waiting.
Around the clock
Coverage across every time zone Aspire's issuers operate in, including weekends and holidays.
Learns from every incident
Each issue is traced to its root cause and fixed permanently, so the same failure does not return.
X-Ray diagnostics team
Ongoing development and support of Aspire's diagnostic portal.
Dedicated developers
Engineering capacity for Aspire's roadmap and new issuers.
Programme management
A named team coordinating launches, releases and priorities.
Weekly penetration testing
Continuous security testing to the standard global banks expect.
Stability programme
Root-cause fixes so issues are resolved permanently.
Two parts, one shared interest
Platform fee
[MONTHLY FEE]
A fixed monthly fee covering the dedicated team, infrastructure and security above. Predictable for Aspire, and sufficient for Snowstorm to deliver without compromise.
Growth share
[GROWTH SHARE]
A share of the growth the platform creates, from new issuers, markets and content. It only pays when Aspire's programme grows.
Proposed term: [TERM]. A multi-year term gives Aspire price certainty and Snowstorm the confidence to invest ahead of demand.
What Aspire can hold us to
Response times
Critical issues acknowledged within [X] minutes and resolved within [Y] hours, around the clock.
Migration timeline
UBS live on the modern platform by [DATE], with every legacy programme migrated by [DATE].
EIP rollout
Branded EIP itineraries for each programme within [X] weeks of its migration.
Transparency
Monthly reporting on stability, incidents, delivery and programme performance.
Why it works for both
For Aspire
- A dedicated, fully funded team without building one in-house
- Stability, security and 24/7 cover that protects every issuer's brand
- Every new capability — EIP, pay with points, new content — as it ships
- Costs that rise only when the programme grows
For Snowstorm
- The resources to deliver at the standard Aspire's issuers expect
- A long-term partner to invest alongside
- Growth tied to Aspire's success, not to billable hours
Delivered together, this lets Aspire scale with confidence, and Snowstorm scale with Aspire.
